Customizing your Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard layout is fully customizable. You can add, remove, resize, and rearrange widgets to match what matters most to you and your team. Layout changes are shared across the whole account — everyone sees the same dashboard.

Entering edit mode#

1. Go to the Home Dashboard

2. Click Customize in the top right corner

   

3. The dashboard enters edit mode — widgets become draggable and a widget panel appears on the right

Adding widgets#

1. In the widget panel on the right, browse widgets by group: Response, Satisfaction, Volume, AI, Team, and Layout

   

2. Click on any type of widget and chart you want to create

   

3. The widget is placed at the bottom of the layout — drag it to your preferred position

Removing widgets#

1. In edit mode, hover over any widget

2. Click the remove icon (✕) that appears in the top right corner of the widget

   

3. The widget is removed from the layout but can be re-added at any time from the widget panel

Resizing and repositioning#

• Drag a widget by its header to move it to a new position
• Resize a widget by dragging its bottom-right corner

Layout widgets#

In addition to data widgets, you can drag and drop layout elements to structure your dashboard:

• A container for widgets that move together, as a card or plain

• Section — a title and short description, drag and drop charts you want in that section

• Text — free text with a choice of size, weight, and color

• Banner — a colored message strip for announcements or reminders

• Divider — a horizontal line to separate areas visually

• Spacer — empty space to push widgets around

  

Saving your layout#

Click Save in the top right to apply your changes. All agents on the account will see the updated layout immediately.

Resetting to default or deleting the chart#

To restore the original dashboard layout:

1. Click Edit layout

2. Click Reset or delete

   

3. Confirm the reset

This removes all customizations and restores the default widget set and positions.
