Views (also called Custom Views) let you save a specific set of filters so you can quickly jump back to the conversations that matter most to you — without rebuilding your filters every time.
How to create a view

In the left sidebar, scroll down to the Views section and click the + icon next to it

A filter builder will open. Add one or more conditions, for example:

Status equals "Open"

Assignee equals "Me"

Label equals "VIP"

Combine conditions using AND / OR depending on how strict you want the view to be

Give your view a clear, descriptive name (e.g. "My Open VIP Tickets")

Choose whether the view should be:

Personal — only visible to you

Shared — visible to everyone on your team

Click **Create view **

Your new view will now appear in the Views section in the sidebar, ready to use anytime.
Reorganizing your views
Once you have multiple views, you can reorder them however you like. Simply drag and drop a view up or down in the sidebar list to move it into the position you want. This is useful for putting your most-used views at the top so they're always within easy reach.
Editing or deleting a view
If you click on three dots next to the view, couple of options will show

To add view to favorites, click on Add to favorites and new section with Favorites will show up above Views section

To edit a view, click on it, adjust the filters, and click Save again

To delete a view, hover over it in the sidebar and click the delete (trash) icon
