Here's how to do it:

Log into your Gorgias account

In the bottom left of your account, click on gear icon to go to Settings

In Settings, under Account click on REST API
-
Click the "Create API key" button
-
In Commslayer, find Settings → Account settings → Gorgias importer
It'll take about an hour to bring everything over. Grab a coffee while you wait!
