Commslayer has Superhuman-inspired keyboard shortcuts to help you move through your queue faster without reaching for the mouse.
Command console
Press CMD + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) to open the command console from anywhere, including while you're typing a reply.
Type what you're looking for to:

Jump to any settings page, inbox, view or label

Run an action on the open conversation: resolve, set pending, assign, add a label, merge or unmerge, send transcript, download PDF, mark as spam. On a ticket that was merged into another one, Unmerge conversation shows in place of Merge conversation.

Search conversations, messages, contacts and Shopify customers. Message search also matches attachment file names, so typing invoice finds the message with invoice.pdf. Very old attachments may not show up.

Switch between light and dark mode, open the keyboard shortcuts list or the help docs
The console finds settings pages by name. To find one option inside a page, such as your message signature, use Search settings at the top of the settings sidebar. It finds pages and the sections inside them, and takes you straight to the one you pick. On a settings page, press / to jump to the search box.
Managing conversation status

E: Resolve the current conversation, also when it is Pending. To reopen a Pending or Resolved conversation, click Reopen at the top of the conversation, or choose Reopen conversation in the command console.

H: Open the Set pending options for the current conversation, then pick one
Composing replies

Enter: Start a reply. R does the same while the reply box is closed

N: Open a private note. Works while the reply box is closed

/ (typed inside the reply box): Open the menu with your canned responses

Z: Undo send. Works for 3.6 seconds after you send an email reply, while "Sending the message" is showing. Replying to customers: the basics →

D or Cmd/Ctrl + J: Draft with AI. D works when the reply box is open and you're not typing in it

Esc: Step back out of the reply box. The first press discards an AI draft, the next clears your text, the next closes the reply box
Pro tip: Chain shortcuts to move fast. Press Enter or R to start a reply, type / to insert a canned response, then press Cmd + Enter (Mac) or Ctrl + Enter (Windows) to send.
More shortcuts

Up / Down: Move to the previous or next conversation in the list. The up and down arrow buttons at the top left of an open conversation (Previous conversation and Next conversation) do the same.

Left / Right: Switch between the tabs above the conversation list

Cmd + Enter (Mac) or Ctrl + Enter (Windows): Send

Cmd + Shift + Enter (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + Enter (Windows): Send and resolve

Single-key shortcuts such as E and H only work when your cursor is not in a text field. If you are typing, click outside the reply box first.
